Newhaven / Le Havre

LD Lines, the sister company of Transmanche Ferries has launched a new daily summer link – operated from 1 May to 30 September – connecting Newhaven and Le Havre.

Only 80 miles apart (less than 150 km), Newhaven and Le Havre are, respectively, the British port nearest to London, a stone’s throw from the famous seaside resort of Brighton, and the largest French port on the Western Channel coast.

The crossing takes place on board an extremely quick and comfortable new ship – the Seven Sisters – chartered from our sister company Transmanche Ferries.

A timetable for your convenience

• Daily departure at 19:30* from Le Havre arriving at 23:30* in Newhaven
• Daily departure at 12:00* from Newhaven arriving at 18:00* in Le Havre
