Assistance to passenger

Should you require special assistance or wish to find out more about our disabled facilities, please contact us on +33 2 35 19 78 78.

Some of our disabled facilities include: 

  • A fully equipped disabled cabin on board (telephone bookings only/a proof of disability may be requested). 
  • Wheelchairs available on board and in our terminals
  • Disabled toilets available on board and in our terminals
  • A dedicated parking lane prior to embarkation and the possibility to be parked near one of the on board lifts (to be requested at time of booking or/and check-in)
  • Registered guide dogs allowed on the passenger decks
  • A disabled minibus for foot passengers in Dieppe

We recommend that disabled passengers with a special request check-in no less than 90 minutes prior to departure so may do our best to comply with your request within the limits of loading requirements.

For your safety, should you consider your disability requires our staff to be aware of your whereabouts on board throughout the journey, please report to the Reception Desk upon boarding the vessel.
